After being in Egypt (where almost every inch of woman-skin is hidden) and Honduras (where almost nobody wears skirts or shorts) and Finland (where it’s too cold most of the year to expose your flesh to the air) it’s taking me a little time to get used to seeing women and girls wearing short shorts and tank tops!

It doesn’t bother me, but it’s still jarring…I can’t help but think, “I really don’t need to see all but four inches of your leg. Really.”
